We value that children, teachers and families share a living space all together which supports the culture of community as providing an opportunity to hear each other out, to get to know each other and to create together. We say good morning to each other as our tent flaps opened to remind ourselves that a school is not a place “providing service” but a life experience and living space for us. We believe that children need to experience the feeling of neighbourhood, waking up next to each other, sitting in a circle around a camp fire away from the city where they can not grow up playing in the streets. Thus we organize three camps during summer, spring and autumn except for nature tours or outdoor workshops. We experience these two days as a solidarist and a self-directed community. We try to understand that we all are part of nature while encouraging circles, sharing collective energy of table gatherings and feeling the colorful patterns of our connection.
